- Barbara ClementSep 25, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have mixed reviews here.. I bought a phone at this store, was supposed to get a rebate, apparently the customer service agent decided he wanted it. Then when I called customer service about the agent, I received wonderful customer service. I decided to give it one more shot to pay my bill, different customer service agent, she was capable of doing what I needed, however in such a hurry to get back on her phone, I just left. So close to home I gave it one more shot. The young lady I encountered not only took the time to answer my questions, not only got my bill paid but was able to pay my daughter's bill too.
